Prosciutto di San Daniele
As dictated by tradition, our hams are never frozen and must reach San Daniele in Friuli fresh in order to start the maturation process. Like all Luppi Prosciutto, the process begins with sea salt without the addition of chemical additives or preservatives. A vital element is the good air that prevails in this region, where the winds that descend from the Carnic Alps meet those coming from the Adriatic. These winds contain the right amount of humidity and temperatures that guarantee quality prosciuitto for your table.
