Auricchio Mascarpone Citrus Cream



1 tub (8.8 oz.)  Auricchio Mascarpone
2 tbs.  powdered sugar
1  Orange
1 tbs.  Cinnamon Sugar (mix together 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon)
2 cups  fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
In a medium bowl, mix Auricchio Mascarpone with powdered sugar, juice from the Orange and the Cinnamon Sugar, until smooth. Place fruit in a serving bowl and top with citrus cream. Can also be served in small tart shells topped with fruit.
