Ziti Pasta (16-oz. package Ziti pasta)

Tomato Sauce (26-oz. jar tomato sauce)

Ricotta Cheese (15-oz. container ricotta cheese)

ounces Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

Egg (lightly beaten)

cup Parsley (Chopped)

clove Garlic (Minced)

teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

cup Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese (Grated)
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil pasta following package directions, drain. Grease 2-quart casserole.
In a large bowl, blend ricotta, pasta sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in ziti. Spoon into prepared casserole and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until top is golden.
