Ambriola’s line of dry cured meats consists of the Fratelli Tanzi Prosciutto di Parma. Fratelli Tanzi was founded in 1885 and has been producing Parma Ham ever since, and was part of a select group of companies that founded the “Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma” (Parma Ham Consortium) in 1963. Fratelli Tanzi not only produces high quality Parma Ham, but also selects, prepares and slices the best regional products and all Italian deli meats.
