Gorgonzola Crostini

INGREDIENTS
8 oz.
baguette bread, sliced diagonally into 1/4-inch slices (about 32 slices total)
2 (5.29-oz.)
Auricchio Riserva Esclusiva Crema di Gorgonzola spreadable cheese
3 Tbsp.
honey, optional
4 oz.
thinly sliced prosciutto, optional
3 Tbsp.
finely chopped walnuts, optional
PREPARATION
Preheat broiler.
Place bread slices on baking sheet and run under broiler for 20-30 seconds on each side or until lightly golden. Watch carefully not to burn.
Remove from broiler.
Top the toasts with equal amounts of the cheese spread.
If desired, drizzle honey evenly over all, top with equal amounts of the prosciutto and sprinkle with walnuts.
