Sunday Blend

This dates to the early arrival of Italian immigrants to the shores of America and their tradition of Sunday dinners with family.  These immigrants, who were not well off, would blend Parmesan cheese with Locatelli Pecorino Romano to save some money.  They soon found this created a unique and delicious new flavor.  Now you can enjoy this true Italian-American tradition, every day!
