Auricchio Mascarpone Citrus Cream

INGREDIENTS

Auricchio Mascarpone (1 tub (8.8 oz.))

tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar (mix together 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon)
2
cups Fresh Fruit (sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)

PREPARATION

In a medium bowl, mix Auricchio Mascarpone with powdered sugar, juice from the Orange and the Cinnamon Sugar, until smooth. Place fruit in a serving bowl and top with citrus cream. Can also be served in small tart shells topped with fruit.
