Fast, Fresh Spinach and Garlic Pasta

INGREDIENTS

8 oz.
uncooked rotini or other pasta
1 (5.29-oz.)
Locatelli Crema di Pecorino Romano spreadable cheese
3 oz.
baby spinach
2
garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp.
dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp.
freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp.
crushed pepper flakes, optional
1/8 tsp.
salt or to taste

PREPARATION

Cook pasta according to package directions. Remove from heat, drain, reserving 2 Tbsp. pasta water.

Return pasta to the pot with reserved 2 Tbsp. pasta water and the remaining ingredients. Toss gently until spinach wilts slightly.
