Penne Pasta with Broccoli and Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese

cup Olive Oil

cloves Garlic (thinly sliced)

cups Broccoli (Steamed, coarsely chopped)

cup Chicken Stock (freshly ground pepper for taste)

cup Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese (shaved or grated)

pound Penne Pasta

PREPARATION
In sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the steamed broccoli and sauté for 1 minute. Add the stock, raise the heat to a boil and cook until the liquid is almost evaporated, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook penne pasta until just al dente. Drain pasta and toss with the broccoli sauce. Season to taste with pepper. Top with grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese. Toss and serve.
