Weeknight Broccoli Pasta

INGREDIENTS
6 oz.
uncooked pasta, such as penne or rotini
3 cups
fresh broccoli florets
2 cups
chopped cooked chicken
2 (5.29-oz.)
Auricchio Riserva Esclusiva Crema al Parmigiano Reggiano spreadable cheese
3/4 tsp.
salt or to taste
1/4 tsp.
freshly ground black pepper or to taste
PREPARATION
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli 3 minutes before end of cooking time. Remove pot from heat. Drain (reserving 1/3 cup of the pasta water.) Return drained pasta and broccoli to the pot, add the chicken, cheese spread, reserved 1/3 cup pasta water, salt and pepper. Place over medium heat and cook 2-3 minutes or until thickened slightly and heated.
